At Creative Cloud Solutions, we provide in-house technical support for all of our products and services. We offer several different methods of obtaining support and regardless of the method used, we strive to deliver timely and knowledgeable assistance.
SOFTWARE – All initial and renewal software license purchases include one year of free ticket-based technical support and software maintenance which provides software upgrades and patches at no additional cost. Paid telephone/remote support is also available.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES – Each engagement is fully customized to our client’s needs with escalation procedures and service level agreements defined. Please refer to your contract for specific details or call us directly.
Free support – If you have technical questions about any of our software products, please raise a ticket via our technical support portal. We will respond within 24 hours.
Paid support – If needed, we can install and configure the software for you or assist you with any other unrelated server administration needs that you might have. Please raise a ticket via our technical support portal and select the paid support option and provide a detailed description of your issue along with pertinent information such as the Operating System used, affected software, etc… We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss payment options and scheduling.
