Creative Cloud Solutions has released a new version of our popular anti-spam and anti-virus mail server plug-in “mxGuard for Mail Servers“

This new release is now available as a free upgrade to all licensed users of mxGuard versions 3.x-5.0

IMail

  • Bugfix: Corrected identifying and handling of authenticated senders.

SmarterMail

  • No platform specific changes were made.

Common

  • Installer now includes the Visual 2010 C++ run-time redistribution files.
  • Installer now requires the user to disable filtering and remove the mxGuard service prior to upgrades and uninstalls.
  • This is a free update to current users of mxGuard v3.x – v5.0

  • Added support for SmarterMail when running on a 64bit operating system

  • Minor enhancements to the mxGuard Admin tool.
  • Fully supports all editions of Windows Server 2000(32bit only), 2003(32/64bit), 2008(32/64bit), 2008R2(64bit)
  • This is a free update to current users of mxGuard v3.x – v4.2
